Buying a car online with ACRA is an easy process.

  1. Find a car that is available to buy online through Find a car or the car brand search
  2. Contact our sales team through our WhatsApp or email address on our contact us page and request the car specification and photos
  3. On agreement of the price and the shipping delivery cost to your location, our sales team will send you the sales agreement contract paperwork for your electronic signature or blue ink signature.
  4. After which, the payment invoice will be issued to you for the car payment and shipping cost to our company or conglomerate account.
  5. After payment is received, we will send you all the car documents in your name and arrange for the shipping and handover of the car to the shipping company for shipping to your delivery location
  6. You will be given the tracking number and all other relevant shipping documents to monitor your car shipping process via the shipping carrier company website comfortably anywhere in the world.
  7. Upon the arrival of your car at your delivery location, you will be contacted for delivery and we will be happy to meet you again for more sales and do business with you again.

Yes, if you choose the door to door delivery package, the cargo agent that will ship your car to your delivery location will help you register the car at it's brand office in your location for the service and maintenance warranty service

we will usually request 60% of the car price as a reservation fee to secure the vehicle.

Once you have decided on the exact car, the colour and any options just give the office a call on and we will confirm the delivery timescale for your vehicle and answer any questions about the buying process.

Price protection is very limited at the moment due to the cost of materials increasing on a daily basis and delays in build slots at the factory. Where a vehicle is delayed and transferred to the next model year you will have to pay the price for the new model year, unfortunately. On a positive note, you will receive the latest up-to-date model/technology. The saving should be similar but we will let you know of any changes and if you decide you do not want the new model we can refund your deposit.

ACRA does not offer a direct purchase plan for investors. You may purchase shares of ACRA stock through a licensed securities broker.

We use the sales agreement contract to secure the rights of both the buyer, our company, and the shipping carrier that will deliver your purchased car to your delivery location, the shipping carrier will make sure that upon delivery of the car to them for shipping to your delivery location, that the car matches the description of the car given and signed on the contract with the above-mentioned parties above before loading the car into the vessel for shipping and all the shipping documents will be given directly to the buyer including the bill of lading and a tracking number which he or she will use to monitor his or her shipment via the shipping carrier website to know the car present location and the duration of time for the car to arrive to his or her location.

We guarantee a money payback to our customers in accordance with our company refund policy. if you don't like the car shipped to you or change your mind to upgrade to the newer version, we will have to inform you of the car price and change the car for you on the next shipment with your desired car. Before the shipping carrier ships the car they take out their time to check the car paint, the car features, the odometers and also carry out a full inspection on the car and report directly to the buyer that the car is perfect before they commence with the shipping to the buyer location.
